Services & orders
Freelancers offer services (fixed packages or custom scopes). When a client purchases or accepts an offer, an order is created. The order page is your single place for messages, files, delivery, and approval.
Wallet & payouts
Earnings sit in your wallet until you withdraw. Clients fund orders according to the flow you see at checkout. Platform fees support secure payments, support, and dispute handling—see Payments & Billing articles for details.
Disputes & support
If something goes wrong, you can open a support ticket or use dispute options on eligible orders. Our team reviews cases fairly so both sides are protected.
